Stewart & Shields maintains relationship with hub West Scotland
hub West Scotland (hWS) has named CCG, Cruden, Engie (formerly Keepmoat) and Lovell as its new housing delivery partners.
The contractors can now bid to deliver hWS’s £15 million Tom Johnstone House development for East Dunbartonshire Council.
The project will deliver over 100 high-quality social homes in Kirkintilloch.
In a statement, each development company contractor “demonstrated a very strong commitment to providing excellent value for money and to working collaboratively to deliver high quality developments”.
It added: “We are delighted and impressed by their enthusiasm to play a central role within hub West’s compelling best value housing model.”
hWS has also announced that it will “maintain a relationship” with three further contractors, JR Group, Stewart and Shields and CBC.
