Scottish Home Awards Finalist 2019

Stewart & Shields are delighted to be finalists in the Scottish Home Awards 2019 in the Small Affordable Housing Development of the Year (social rent) category for our Old Carntyne Church project.  

This project will be the first multi-storey Passivhaus development in Scotland (5 levels) - 14no. modified conventional built flats within the existing church and  5no. fully certified Passivhaus flats. The Old Cartyne Church is the first large scale, church conversion for Social housing in Scotland and will be available for occupancy in May 2019.
